These terms apply when you use Tech Interview Prep (“we,” “us,” the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them.
What this site is
Tech Interview Prep is a free study resource — refresher material, multiple-choice questions, and reference QA organized by job role, subject, topic, and concept. Accounts are optional and provide saved progress, profiles, preferences, streaks, scoring, and leaderboard participation. The site isn’t affiliated with any employer or interview process it references.
Content accuracy
We do our best to keep study material and question answers accurate, but interview questions, best practices, and correct answers can be subjective or change over time. We don’t guarantee the content is complete, error-free, or reflects the actual questions asked by any specific employer, and it isn’t a substitute for professional interview coaching or career advice. Using this site doesn’t guarantee any interview or job outcome. If you spot an error, please let us know.
Acceptable use
Please use the site for personal study. Don’t scrape, republish, or redistribute the content at scale, send spam or abusive messages, automate quiz answers, harvest answer keys, manipulate timing or scores, create duplicate accounts to influence rankings, or attempt to bypass leaderboard eligibility and moderation controls. We may hide or invalidate abusive profiles, activity, or scores to protect other learners and the service.
Profiles and rankings
Public profiles and leaderboard participation are optional. Practice points, ranks, percentiles, streaks, and completion statistics are motivational learning signals only; they do not verify identity, professional competence, interview readiness, or suitability for employment. Do not rely on them as a hiring credential.
Membership
Subscribing gives your account a one-year membership. The first year is free: no payment details are collected, and the membership does not renew automatically. If a paid plan is offered later, it will be described with its price before you are asked to choose it, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
Intellectual property
The study material, questions, and model answers on this site belong to Tech Interview Prep unless otherwise noted. You’re welcome to use them for your own interview preparation; please don’t republish or resell them elsewhere without permission.
No warranty, limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves (for example, if we introduce accounts or paid features). We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
